What does Lupus have to do with mosquitoes?

First, read this to learn more about Lupus. One of the commonly used medications for Lupus is hydroxychloroquine, or Plaquenil. My patients always think it’s strange that they take malaria medicine for Lupus or Rheumatoid Arthritis. Yes, it is, but it can work.

thanks for your sweet comment and the useful link, i have a feeling i’ll be referring to that site quite a bit! check out the C bars, but prepare yourself bc they’re not exactly like Laras, and might even be less filling, boo! but you’re right, they are a lot less calorically dense so if you pair it with an apple or soemthing you get to eat more for less, ya know?

  2. I was on that drug for a while, but it made me really sick to my stomach and didn’t really do much to make me feel better…so not on it any more! I’m on lots of other fun stuff though!

  3. It has choleterol-lowering properties as well!
